The Danube Delta is home to over 330 bird species, of which around 130 are migratory. Some of the best-known birds in the Delta include egrets, swans, ducks, geese and rarer species such as the red-necked goose and the little cormorant. Of course, we’re not forgetting the pelicans, the emblematic birds of the Delta.

There are two species in the Delta: the common pelican and the crested pelican.

For such activities, you’ll find boats, bigger or smaller, in the area of the old harbor, and the price depends on the number of people and the route.
